Game Rules

Last Modified: 01.06.2026

These Game rules (the “Game rules”) are an integral part of the Terms of Use. Terms not defined in these Game Rules are used with the meanings established in the Terms of Use. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all actions taken through your account.

The Company reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or remove any content, account, or activity that violates, or may reasonably be considered to violate, the Game rules, Terms of Use, applicable laws, international standards, or generally accepted moral and ethical norms, or that may pose reputational, operational, or legal risks to the Company, regardless of the user’s country of residence or local legislation.

1. Moderation and punishment system

1.0 Community Information Resources:

  • The general in-game chat;

  • Information Resources specified as such on the Website.

For the avoidance of doubt, complaints regarding violations in Steam game discussions are reviewed by Steam platform representatives in accordance with Steam’s own rules.

1.1 Moderator (Mod) - is a representative of the Company  responsible for monitoring users’ compliance with the Game Rules on the Community Information Resources.

1.2 Post-moderation - is the process of reviewing logs and messages by a representative of the Company for violations of the Game rules and the Terms of Use. The Company has the right to carry out post-moderation at any time, including upon receipt of a complaint.

1.3 Private in-game chats are generally not subject to Post-moderation. Users have the ability to moderate their private chats independently through the “blacklist” system.

Please note that if Moderators have reasonable grounds to believe that a user is violating the rules of conduct set out in Section 4 of the Game Rules within private chats, a Moderator may access the contents of the private chat in order to conduct a review, in compliance with the conditions established by the Privacy Policy.

1.4 If a violation of the Game Rules is suspected, sanctions may be imposed on the user; collectively, these sanctions constitute the penalty system:

1) Verbal warning -  A message sent to the player intended to de-escalate a situation and inform the user that violations of the Game Rules are not permitted;

2) Warning - A temporary restriction of access to the general chat, referred to as “mute”, applied for the minimum duration of 15 minutes;

3) Temporary Mute -  A temporary restriction of access to the general chat, referred to as “mute”, applied for a duration of 1 hour or longer;

4) Blacklist Status - An increase in the duration or severity of penalties applied in cases of repeated violations of the Game Rules (2 or more times);

5) Permanent Mute -  A permanent restriction of access to the general chat and/or private chats, applied in cases of serious violations of the Game Rules or systematic violations (more than 2 times).

6) Restriction or Termination of Access -  A temporary or permanent restriction or termination of access to the Game, including but not limited to access to game features, general chat, private messages, and UGC.

 1.5 The Moderator informs the user about the imposition of a sanction (penalty) using one of the following methods:

  • A notification (banner) displayed in the game interface;

  • A message posted in the general chat where the violation of the Game Rules occurred and/or a message sent to the user’s private chat.

1.6 The Moderator reserves the right to revoke a penalty in the event that a user submits a justified and well-reasoned complaint.

1.7 Moderation procedures, as well as the review of user complaints, are carried out manually (without the use of automated systems). In some cases, auxiliary systems may be used to help detect violations of the Game Rules; however, the final decision is always made by a Moderator.

2. Rights and obligations of moderators

2.1 The Moderator is obligated to monitor the chat during their shift.

2.2 The Moderator is forbidden to comment on previously issued restrictions.

2.3 At their discretion (and where possible), a Moderator may interact with users (for example, greet players or answer questions), as well as publish warnings and reports regarding their moderation actions.

2.4 Moderation, including Post-moderation and Moderator actions, may not always be carried out in a timely manner, or meet the user's expectations, therefore, in case of any disputable situations, it is recommended to contact User Support Center via the “Feedback” section in the game menu, on the website, or through the Community Information Resources.

3. Nicknames, names and tags of guilds, signatures

It is forbidden to use nicknames, guild names, and signatures in Community Information Resources that do not comply with moral and ethical standards. In the event of such a violation, the Moderator may restrict access to chats, change the nickname, issue a warning and/or disband the guild that violates the Game rules. The following is considered violations of the  Game Rules and the Game’s moral and ethical standards:

3.1 Containing offensive, insulting, obscene, vulgar or profane language, including veiled or in the form of abbreviations. This also includes graphic bodily content;
3.2 Containing a hint of racial or national superiority, promoting discrimination at all levels;
3.3 Directly or indirectly associated with organizations, as well as historical or political figures, primarily with those who have been convicted by by international or national bodies for crimes against humanity and, accordingly, cause a negative reaction among a majority, as well as figures and names of terrorist organizations, including the number of active ones at the moment;
3.4 In any way offensive to a particular ethnic or racial group;
3.5 Directly or indirectly related to sexual intercourse or violence;
3.6 Containing information that may lead to an erroneous perception of this user as a representative of the Company;
3.7 Plagiarism of nicknames, names and tags of the guild, including by replacing characters with visually similar resemblances;
3.8 Prohibited under applicable international or local laws and regulations;
3.9 If nicknames or names were somehow introduced via bypassing technical restrictions (for example, length restrictions, symbols used, etc.), the provisions of the Terms of Use and the Game rules;

3.10 Directly or indirectly related to religious figures, symbols, references, or other elements of a religious nature that may be perceived as offensive or provocative by members of any religions or religious communities;

3.11 Directly or indirectly related to political leaders or individuals who currently hold or previously held public office, where such use may be considered offensive, provoke conflicts, or cause negative reactions from other users.

Profanity and insults based on direct statements or assumed context. This includes the use of uncensored profanity, mentions of medical character (such as cancer, mental illness and etc.) and modification of the words and expressions (distortions in writing, removing certain letters and etc.) in an attempt to distinguish the message from the ones that would be prohibited by the actual Game rules. This subsection also includes vulgarity, obscene language, sexually explicit expressions, and graphic bodily content, including references to bodily fluids, genitals, or other explicit physiological descriptions intended to provoke disgust, humiliation or discomfort.  It is prohibited to slander individuals, groups or companies. A short period of time is considered to be 30 minutes of real time.

In the game chat, there is a restriction on posting trade, recruitment or transfer of goods and services announcements within a short period of time.

In the case of guild/alliance/sister guild recruitment announcements, the 30-minute rule applies not to individuals, but to any subsequent sender.

Any content that promotes, endorses, glorifies, justifies, or incites violence, hatred, harassment, or discrimination against any person or group based on protected characteristics is prohibited. Protected characteristics include, at a minimum, race, color, ethnicity, national origin, nationality, religion or belief, gender, disability, age, or similar status. This prohibition includes threats, dehumanizing language, slurs, hate symbols, support for extremist or terrorist organizations, and calls for exclusion, segregation, or denial of rights.

◈ 4.12. Personal data: in order to protect personal information and maintain confidentiality, it is not recommended to share any personal data on the Information resources.
